Jeff and Johnny have a dream: to join the Rio de Janeiro police force. During training, they receive a mission from their commander to infiltrate a penitentiary to dismantle the terrible "Jaguar Gang," which terrorizes the city. Disguised as prisoners, they join the criminals and escape with them from the prison to try to unravel the mystery surrounding the gang's leader. After much confusion, fate brings criminals and police officers together in the same place: at a major fashion event. There, Jeff and Johnny will try to prove that they can be respected law enforcement agents.
